Perhaps we should make celibacy a job requirement for the President? Since the President has his finger on the button 24 hours a day, clearly he should never partake in sex.

Maybe if Clinton's predecessor would have had Monica, he wouldn't have felt compelled to send US troops on a mission every Christmas. i.e. Christmas in Panama, Christmas in Kuwait, Christmas in Somalia.
