JDN -- I agree. I don't think the short scenario I see has anything to do with TAVA the Company. If my short scenario is in fact correct, I believe they do it simple because they can. It has nothing at all to do with the company and its prospects. When and if the winds start to blow against them, they'll pack up and look for other stocks which fit their criteria.

As a long, it is frustrating to have them whack the top off of any fledging attempts to climb the price higher. But, as you say, if JJ and Kevin are correct, the shorts time here will eventually run out. Longs have to first ask themselves as to whether or not they accept the prospects for TAVA and then they have to ask if they are willing to ride it out.

Mangement needs to prove to the satisfaction of the institutions that the y2k windfall can be turned into long term, high margin rev's. When that finally occurs, the shorts will not be able to stem the upward price movement merely by shorting a few $100k worth of stock. And, the risk of trying to do so will go up faster than the price. I believe professional shorters know this very well and that they have no negative feelings towards the company or longs. The money is there for the taking and they take it. Nothing from stopping any of us from doing the same thing if we are so inclined....and
