Now just don't hold back on your opinion of the now apparently departed Dr. Tech. It is a bit curious why he hasn't posted lately. Wouldn't it be sweet revenge if he turned out to be the one who purchased the 1 million shares at 7 1/16 last week or so. That poor party has lost close to 2 million bucks so far. Whoever he/she/it was the lucky stiff, he/she/it is sure getting a rough initiation to the Westell shareholder's society. Let's face it, this company is on its way out. A buyout would mercifully end this saga. Let's hope it occurs soon. I'd like to get 7.8 bucks/share, my break even point, but that doesn't look too feasible at this point in time.
I know this has been addressed before, but suppose the Penny and Simon connections are just letting the stock die, so they could buy it at the minimum cost, and take the company private. What do you think about this scenario. I know some have suggested that if this is their intentions, that large numbers of shareholders suits would follow, but I'm not so sure they would be successful. What's your opinion??
