It is quite another, if you take on extra customers, when the capacity of your system is clearly going to be overloaded, based on objective technical specifications. In that case you already know ahead of time, that you will provide unsatisfactory service that could result in financial losses. exactly right sir any system's engineer worth his salt can determine under what load a system would approach probable failure unfortunately datek doesn't appear to have the in-house technical expertise necessary to design a system capable of supporting their customer base if they do have such in-house technical expertise then they are being reckless in continuing to bring on additional customers without updating infrastructure if they don't have such expertise then they should stop being so cheap about it and hire the necessary consultants etc ! so which is it datek - do you or don't you have the in-house technical expertise ?
