Another stupid response - an OpenGL description is a mathematical description of a circle - EXACTLY AS I DESCRIBED.

OK, I see what you were saying. I thought you were implying that Intel was developing some KNI specific protocol for graphics.

The obvious solution to rendering 3D graphics quickly is with a high performance graphics board that does geometry calculations in hardware. As you have pointed out, even Intel recognizes this fact.

The two arguments you have presented for KNI- compression and graphics, both belong in special purpose hardware, not software.
