Dennis, I really know nothing about calls other than if a certain price is reached, I have to sell my shares at some predetermind price. Although this is all I know, if I had the time to learn more (fast) I would write calls against my shares. Its not that I don't want to continue holding EMC, its that I do not have to worry about paying capital gains if I get called-out (if that's what its called) because the shares are in my IRA. Lynn
