I suspect that the problem is not really in the servers, despite the message we got. It seems improbable that all servers suddenly quit at exactly the same time (which is what happened to me). I was still getting the basic screens which probably indicates that the servers were OK but the network further down the line was not working and so the customer trades and requests were not able to be updated or accessed. I would like to see at least an acknowledgement from Datek that there was a problem this afternoon and that they have at least an idea as to what caused it. Things do break occasionally and I can forgive that, but simply ignoring the problem and hoping it will go away, I cannot condone....
