PK, Go back and reread my post. I asked you what you would do AFTER the BATF had screwed everything up. The FBI was left with a mess that was as much Koresh's creation as that of the BATF. Tell me how you would have handled the seige. Any idiot could have told the BATF to have the sheriff arrest Koresh beforehand. That was only logical. But the BATF bigwigs had a different goal. Thay wanted a big raid that brought attention to the "skills" of their agents in handling "dangerous" outlaws. It was BS and we all know it. But don't evade the far tougher question about how the FBI should have handle the post-shootout seige that lasted for 51 days. Regards, Ron
