Scott, What am I missing? It might help if you use a valuation analysis that more closely aligns the stock's fair P/E ratio with the company's sustainable growth rate. And for the fans of finance, that implies playing with the company's 'return on equity' and 'earnings retention rate' to get an estimated value. Good luck. Rainier
