So what's your number for sustainable growth rate? The one analyst estimates 50% earnings growth through May 2000. However, that estimate was before the 2/1 purchase of Specialix, about which the CEO remarked, "I am optimistic that this substantial revenue increase will result in an acceleration of Perle's current upward trend in earnings." TTM earnings are .28, it's trading around book value with a market cap equal to one year's sales. The numbers say it's undervalued, but sometimes these microcaps stay undervalued. OO7 Small long position.
