Neurobiological Technologies, Inc. The company anticipates that it will be able to meet its operational requirements through the third quarter of fiscal 1999. The company will need to secure an infusion of capital to continue the clinical development of its product candidates. However, there can be no assurance that funding will be available on favorable terms, if at all. That is essentially through the end of March. I personally hate these 12 O-clock last minute deals. My risk tolerance serum can't take the wait for some sort of financing. I will reconsider my position as of the first of March and may decide to reduce it accordingly. I'm just a little more risk averse to not having financing than I am convinced of the potential. I will post here if I choose to reduce my position significantly based on any lack of funding.
