I believe Charlie made some negative predictions about the impact of looming network shutoffs (scheduled for February 28th) on the marketplace during his recent Charlie Chat. He apparently expects this to be like scrambling was in 1986. BTW, I did not hear his comments myself. This was reported to me by someone who was watching... Regards, NOEL
