for your valuable information and insight. But I would especially like to thank VOLTAIRE for your uncanny sixth-sense. You seem to be right on the money with your forecasts and intuition.
I have been "lurking" (seems to be a popular term around chat rooms, but I think that it sounds "sinister" for some reason) for several months. I am 36 years old, single, and live in a Chicago suburb. I have several small businesses, including a Rolls-Royce limousine business. I went back to college to get a degree in Health Science/Pre-Med to become a surgeon. I plan on applying to med school next year. I am having so much fun trading that I will wait to apply. I started trading with an Etrade (hisssssss...!) account while I was finishing school. I had to keep a high GPA in order to get accepted to med-school, so after I finished studying (around 1am), I would start doing online research and place my orders for the next day. Sometimes I would be up all night !!! I read a few books on options and just dove in head first! I averaged about 100% ROI per month. I thought that I must be doing something illegal...how could I double my money every month?
Well, now I manage a fund for an offshore account in Monaco. And, Voltaire, I had to tell you how much I appreciate you keen sense of judgement in DELL and AOL. In fact, I BECAME A PAYING MEMBER OF SI TONIGHT JUST SO I COULD POST THIS AND THANK YOU !!! Hope you continue to "share" with us your "gift" of market insight.
