The first thing you should learn or possibly acquire, if you are going to play the IPO game, is patience. It is the key to building a strong corporate foundation, management team and being able sit with those who tend to be successful. As one who has known Eric Paulson for a decade I must reply that you needn't keep the stock if you don't have the calmness or patience to wait. Mr. Paulson is far from a used car salesman. And, if you ever met him in person, T.V. doesn't do him justice. As far as his age, Spunky, you too may see forty some day. And from the way you seem to be worried about the IPO you probably will not look anywhere near as good as Mr. Paulson. His ruggedness probably has to do with the frigidly cold Minnesota winters.

In retrospect, it probably would be better for you to either calm down, enjoy the suspense or sell. However, which ever you choose you should probably keep your used car salesman. For if he has the expertise, integrity , charisma, knowledge and other social attributes which Mr. Paulson possess, not to mention his excellent boating skills, then you have a true find in your car salesman. You must drive a Ferrari.

By the way, I am not a NAVR investor at the current time. So I am not touting the stock. But I do feel that personal attacks should not be
directed to hardworking intelligent people unless good reason
comes into play. It doesn't here. And there fore you are letting the
weakness of your frustration get the better of you.

Be Well.
