It seems that you are on the Unit level, and I am on the over-all command and control level. You collect data from mobil troops, then send to the C2 center, then we run all apps. I know at least one of Army's biggest contractor uses almost all Apple's. I don't know how many Apple's are being used in Army since Army troops are located all over the world.
