Bill Clinton has a 70% approval rating. The highest of any modern
President.


On the front page of today's (2/11/99) IBD there was a graphic
ranking the last eleven Presidents. The ranking classes are "Great
and Near Great", "Average", "Below Average and Failure", and "Don't
Know/No Opinion". This was based on a poll by Zogby International.
The date of the poll was not given.

I've reproduced the table below in tabular format. The Presidents
are listed in order of "Great and Near Great" ranking. I didn't
bother to put in the "Don't Knows".
