Uh oh, Bishop's been thinking:

Very dangerous Bishop, thinking.

1. Obviously someone is wrong about the plant being open or closed. I know what it was today, and I have a pretty good idea about the last month, at least during normal work day hours. My thought, hmmm, if it is open, why is it open?? Mixing up some brew for a sale, building inventories, experimenting with new brews?? Hmm, if no money, and no orders in hand, why have it open and working?

Yup, logic tells me it should be closed, you know cutting costs

2. Someone at WAMC said to me yesterday "he's done grave damage to the company" referring, of course, to johnboy's posts. My thought - hmmm, I don't know anyone that sold any shares today, I don't know anyone that bought any either, just know a bunch of people that are sitting, wondering, and making phone calls, not willing to take a 50-80% loss, and not willing to average down, and most that I know are all small investors anyway, maybe a few with 40-50k shares.

Accumulation of shares, I doubt it, maybe friends of the new management came to the rescue.

So who drove the price down today - lurkers on this thread, MM's that read the thread, someone want control of the company cheap? Help me out someone.

Can't help you, but here are some questions:

1 Since the phone bill at the plant is not paid, I wonder if the accountants are paid?

2 Are the NASDAQ listing fees paid?

3 Is the company in a financial position to pay their accountant to file the necessary papers to keep the NASDAQ listing, remember people their are new rules regarding filings?

4 What is the dollar value of inventories on hand, today?

5 Are all wages paid to all employees?

6 Are the CPP, EI and Income deductions due Revenue Canada paid?

7 Are the provincial government Provincial sales tax filings current?

8 Are there any rental arrears?

9 When will the outstanding phone bill be paid?

10 What are the receivables?

11 What are the payables and provide an aging?

12 Are all tax returns filed both provincial and federal?

13 Has the company received any threats vis a vis accounts payable, as in collection agencies calling or threatened court action?

14 Any outstanding legal actions against the company, officers of the company or directors?

Well those are some I am sure there are more.
