Katherine, thanks so much, and I will be sure to pass that around. I do regret that you won't be covering SEMIInvest. You always have some tid-bits that somehow doesn't get reported elsewhere. For example, in the current links, I was not aware that 26 fabs, 10 % of industry capacity have been closed. I'm going to re-post over on the LSI thread where previous discussions had theorized about fab closures. Duane BTW: Do you remain the strong fan of ETEC that you have been in the past? And, given the comments you report about prospects for capital equipment expenditures, is it your view that the recent strong market support for NVLS AMAT TER, etc might be overdone?
