As a longtime (relatively) lurker on this thread, I have shared many of your concerns regarding GTCI. Every poster on this thread, every investor in GTCI for that matter, has to evaluate the veracity of every announcement and news release in their mind. Some investors obviously spend hours following leads, contacting management, testing products. I may not accept all of their research conclusions verbatim but I do consider their postings and appreciate their efforts.
"Now I have friends and know people who trade with China....The purported "news" about major financial deals and money coming out of China to me are JUST PLAIN FICTION...The US trade deficit with China is HUGE and growing......." A meaningless post, a waste of all investor's time.

I have friends and know people who trade in China. (True but irrelevant, unless I have some documentable information of significance to share.) I think all "news" coming out of China is UNDENIABLE FACT. The US trade deficit is HUGE, giving the Chinese immense quantities of dollars to spend on the internet, and a desperate need to solve the Y2K problem and protect their financial advantage.
The preceding paragraph is meaningless, mirroring your recent posts (minus the venom). If you have factual information, positive or negative, please share it. Otherwise, please stick to your word (post 434 I believe).
