Novell decided to divest themselves of theie entire SCOC
holdings and announced this quite a while ago. After they
succeeded in causing the price to drop (pretty stupid, huh)
SCOC started buying the stock directly from Novell at full
market price, such that Novell's selling is no longer having
(as much) impact on the price. If you read back news articles
on SCOC you'll find their explanation for doing so.
