75% of my trades involve stocks
that, in my estimation, have been
oversold. (issues which lose 20% or more
of their value in one trading session).
this particular instance involves
extra risk since we do not yet know
the earnings, but if past performance
is any indication, this is fundamentally
sound company, and should bounce back nicely.

i also purchased GEMS today based on the
same premise. earnings came in line with
street expectations, yet a 20+ % decline in
the stock price.

i firmly believe we are looking at 2
classic cases of overkill. both companies
are earning in excess of $1/share.
when the dust settles, we should be looking at
solid returns in both issues....IMO of course.

paul.
