I could not agree with you more. I get a little POed when people slam those of us who ask honest questions of the company and share it with other interested parties. lupins doesn't even try. Has not even taken the time to find the phone number.

For the aformentioned reasons, I will continue to call the company and others who are close to the company, and keep it to myself and those I trade PMs with.
