After Hours Trading: there are no significant movers in the after hours market. Following AOL's
report of 2Q results, the stock has been halted for trading in the market. The normally active shares of
company's such as Intel (INTC) are seeing relatively low volume in the lackluster session....

America Online (AOL) 38 1/8 unch: on-line commercial service provider posts a fiscal 2nd qtr loss of
$1.64 a share, which includes $74.3 million in restructuring charges and $24.0 million for estimated
credits and refunds; Street estimates had called for a loss of $0.50-$0.55 a share but did not include
charge for refunds and credits; adjusted for charges, company lost $0.60 a share, larger than expected; in
the year-ago period, company earned $0.09 a share; revenue rose 64% to $409.4 mln vs $249.1 mln in
the year prior as membership rose 1.2 million to 7.8 million.....
