what barron chase did to investors was not right. they hyped OAIS as a 6 to 7 dollar stock, stated nnm listing, target prices of 14.00, a deal being worked out inside barron chase, buy this stock before it is restricted from purchase and more. they even purchased shares in unauthorized accounts, bought concentrated positions in accounts that should not have a risk stock in it, and did not fairly price this security and this time they got caught and everyone involved will pay.
