Actually many of us welcome the contrarian view, michael. It's a nice counterbalance against the overconfidence that we slide into based on that our stock has grown from 42 to 104 7/8 over the past 12 months. But this is a board populated for the most part by successful, analytical investors, so there should be some basis in fact for any critique.
Comments like "isnt there projected growth rate at about 15% over the next 18 months" don't impress. If you had done any amount of due diligence, you would have discovered that Cisco's earnings growth rate over the past 5 years has been 48.8%/yr, and is forecast to be 29.3% over the next 5 years. Revenue growth is even higher at 57.07%/yr for the past 5 years, and the analysts, who are ultra conservative, are projecting over 35% in the future.
If you sharpen up your analytical and presentation skills, I, for one, would welcome you to come back to state your views, as is your right on SI. But if you want to make poorly phrased, unfounded, absurd comments, I'd suggest you do it on the AOL boards.
