so someone answered your question. it's basically a person buying over 5% and explains why he bought his stake (normally for "investment purposes." They can change their/his/her mind afterwards. It's an easy way out for anything, but especially if it's a takeover attempt where the person goes slow). I have been reading too many '80s LBO, etc., stuff so maybe it's brainwashing me. Just a person taking a stake but management should behave because this voice may speak louder. The best thing is to read the Edgar link (#reply-7785955) provided by our friend on this thread. I can't beat a direct quote. be well and good luck with bamm and others.
