It's funny how one poster makes one post suggesting a reverse split and then suddenly it seems to feed more pessimism regarding the direction of Vivus. There WILL NOT be a reverse split in Vivus stock. Reverse splits are done when a company is forced to do so because their stock has traded below $1.00 for a period of time that exceeds NASDAQ minimal requirements. Companies all try to avoid reverse splits whenever possible as they tend to create a loss of market capitalization after the split. Damn you people are such pessimists! But I can't really blame you as I certainly understand the frustration in owning this stock.

I would like to suggest that some of you come onto the share holder movement thread and share/contribute some information on what needs to be done to get rid of Wilson for once and for all. Everyone here has their spells of anger and frustration but then they all want to give Wilson just a little more time thinking he is just about ready to cut a deal. The story surrounding Wilson is like listening to a broken record. I am tired of his bullshit. In the October conference call he said that he was "very pleased with the progress on the negotiations". So here we are 4 1/2 months later! What the hell is this idiot PLEASED about?!!! Then in a Vivus press release dated on December 17 Wilson is quoting as having made "significant progress" in the partnering negotiations. Well here we are folks almost 2 months later. SO WHERE THE HELL IS OUR SIGNIFICANT PROGRESS LELAND YOU FOOL WHO CALLS HIMSELF THE CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF OUR COMPANY?!!! Then on January 28th when Charlie O asks some very straight forward questions concerning the reasons why after 7 months of partnering negotiations Leland has not been able to sign a deal we get no answers because Leland claims that discussing the negotiations may jepordize any potential deals.

I still think we have a pretty good ED product but I am sad to say that I bought stock of a company run by an incompetent clown who has ZERO credibility.

So what is he going to tell us NEXT conference call? That he is so very pleased with all the significant progress he has made in negotiating a domestic partner yet he still hasn't inked a partnership deal but he can't tell us why because it may jepordize the success of his pleasing significant progress to obtain a favorable partnering deal? GET A LIFE MR WILSON! GIVE IT UP MR WILSON! DO US ALL A FAVOR MR WILSON AND STEP DOWN AND GIVE YOUR JOB TO A REAL MAN WHO KNOWS HOW TO SUCCESSFULY RUN A COMPANY!!! WE'VE ALL HAD ENOUGH OF YOUR EMPTY PROMISES AND BS!!!
