O.K., lets see if I have this straight. All this enthusiasm for a company that has never issued a financial statement or filed anything with the SEC. Now we learn of a private placement. Jeff, forgive the question but it must be asked. Are there any similarities in the structure of this private placement and the now infamous floorless convertibles issued by ABMI? If Batman has tought me anything, and he has, it's stay well clear of these monsters and I've yet to see anybody suggest otherwise. Regards
