Only the dimmest of the dim bulbs believe the first silly class action lawsuit had anything to do with the buy in/buy out "process" yielding no bids. If you are gullible enough to believe that nonsense you have no business investing in common stocks. Let me make it as simple as possible for you...... No one bid on ABTX because no one wanted to buy them for anything near the idiotic $25 asking price. Get over it, move on, buy some of those "pennies" you like. This is a busted roll-up without an exit strategy. It will flounder around above $5 for a little while, may even rally a bit but then it will collapse again. It's over.
