Don't pay too much attention to Feb 17. Its just a date KSE has figured out on his own, based on consent solicitation news. You all are putting too much hope into it. This stock is going up one way or another, just sit and wait. Feb 17 may turn out as meaningless as other KSE's assumptions. As they said in some movie "Assumption is a mother of all screw-ups". Which is pretty much true. Everyone needs something to beleive in, but be realistic. IMO the stock has sold off because of too much hype, that was surrounding the rise, anyway. Relax, good things are ahead.
