The fact that bulltrade is rising their buy price is inspiring. If you remember, they paid attention to IDTC on the day of the downgrades. However, they didn't want to chase it up, when it has shot up on the Ezsurf news. Now, 30% above that price, they are chasing it. And this guys know what they are doing, in most cases.
