Boy Fingerhut is a tough one to figure. They go on a buying spree and then turn around and get bought. In my opinion, Federated has just bought a big mess.

Perhaps it was the current management's objective to pretty up FHT for acquisition. If so the only did a so-so job on that as well. I think we'll see Federated unload part or all of this operation in a couple years. Just my opinion of course...
