Two parameters that can only be guessed before trading today:

- discount rate, my guess is 50%

- Core business value, my guess is $10.

Hence the formula: UIHIA = UPCOY + 10.

Do you have problem with that? We'll see.

Premarket ask is down 3 pts. Again, I have no position in this stock.
