I went to a Portico marketing focus group two nights ago in NYC, run by a marketing company called Merrill. Among the half a dozen or so of us who were there, there was a lot of negativity about the pricing structure (i.e., hidden long-distance charges by double-billing minutes on outgoing calls). Also, a lot of complaints about undelivered promises of features and of buggy software.

Still in all, people (including myself) seemed to end up grudgingly admitting that no other product currently on the market allows us to do what Portico does. If the product is compelling enough for business customers to put up with such serious customer service problems then one can only conclude that this is a pretty compelling product. If the company can just execute better going forward...but that's a big "if".
