Let's not forget that what AZNT sought and got was a temporary restraining order (TRO) to prohibit the defendants from doing anything with their stock while all the issues got sorted out. This was granted, and the 10/2 hearing transcripts shows that all parties had no problem agreeing to even allow the court to watch over those shares for the duration of the hearings.

Let's not also forget that this isn't a trial. If the judge has reason to believe Mike Sylver was accidentally hypnotized by Riley G into signing the paper that confirmed they were free-trading and paid for, then, the way I see it, he can order those shares remain frozen in preparation for additional legal action to be taken against Mann-- as in a trial. That's called due process. No way can he order them "cancelled". No way can AZNT unilaterally cancel them. About all AZNT can do is ask for a default judgment of millions in damages. Obviously Mann will appeal. So the "best case scenario" would be the shares remain frozen and Andy Mann gets his day in court.
