here is what was in my paper (the globe and mail) this morning:

Lycos: The internet search engine and information services provider rose after CMGI Inc. an Internet venture fund company, that is Lycos' largest shareholder, said it won't vote for USA Networks. Inc. proposed acquisition of Lycos as the No 3, Internet search directory's current stock levels.

so, let's see what this does to the price of usai today - so far the stock is donw....
