Great Posts one and all! 1. I am supposing that the reason the leverage exists after 9 million/quarter is that the production lines and research are all sunk costs and after 9 million it's just production costs on some plastic parts, etc ??? 2. Also, I am still confused after reading recent news ref. P&G. Is QDEL paying them to recommend the product? How will this affect margins and is this a "cop out" on their corporate pledge to go towards the self-branded product line and not be reliant on bigger companies to grow sales? Keep the dialogue coming!
