not using the ta to trade the common, but merely using it to establish overbought or oversold conditions to write covered calls or sell puts against cash....to trade purely on ta is to market time...the time effect of an option when your are the seller allows for a greater margin of error on the ta....purely an entry point....i would probably look at selling dell puts, late today or on tuesday open...would consider mar 75(dlqoo) or mar 80 (dlqop)get 200-300 per contract can you see the cushion i have i.e. ta shows support @90, i'm selling contracts @ the next support level...i can't do this with the common!
