Mill City to hold meeting Feb 23, 1999
On August 19, 1998 we, together with Tanqueray Resources Ltd., announced
that SouthernEra Resources Ltd. had been granted an option to acquire a 51%
undivided interest in the 152,506 acre Yamba Lake Claim Block, adjacent to
and north of the DiaMet/BHP property in the Northwest Territories. With
the DiaMet/BHP mine now open, we believe there is renewed interest in
diamond exploration in the Northwest Territories. This is surely evidenced
by SouthernEra's interest in the Yamba Lake Property.
On Tuesday, February 23, 1999, Mr. Howard Bird, Senior Geologist from
SouthernEra will be in Calgary to discuss the Yamba Lake property and
SouthernEra's exploration program anticipated to commence in late February
or early March. You are cordially invited to attend this presentation to
be held on February 23, 1999 at 3:30 p.m. at The 400 Club, 720 - 4th Avenue
S.W., Calgary. Following Mr. Bird's presentation, you are invited to share
in refreshments and direct discussions with the companies.
