My worry beads One more thing on my list of worries. Novell is now moving gingerly into an area which we might loosely define as "my customer is the internet user and vendor". This is not like selling to information technology managers in large enterprises. Do you think they should be searching for some more talent? I know what a mistake Jobs made bringing in that guy from pepsi, but I'm thinking that there might be somebody that Schmidt knows from Silicon Valley that has a better feel for building internet products --- someone from a successful internet appliance category.... Anybody have any ideas. I know Eric Stroh. had one in talking to EBAY which was a great suggesion worth repeating. ------------------------- As to Danti, you have to remember that he has frequently called me short when I was holding options long. What is the point of this misinformation?
