Fred, Next time someone tells me that the stock they are holding has people running the company which don't respond to them, I'll point them towards STEN. You have a private company wishing to go public in the U.S. you can't buy the private company and they don't own the "shell". Although it is marketed in that manner. Sounds like one heck of a P&D to me.
