AGORA INVITES SHAREHOLDERS TO ASK VNE-CEO QUESTIONS DIRECTLY
Good morning to you all. Pursuant to the questions and issues raised at the Silicon Investor VNE Forum, Valu-net management has expressed their desire to answer shareholder questions directly. Specifically, Valu-net CEO, David Lucatch, will make himself available for telephone calls later next week and most likely on the afternoon of Thursday, February 18.
AGORA Internet Relations will act as both conduit and moderator of such communications and requests that interested shareholders submit their intentions and questions in advance. Depending on the number of interested shareholders, questions may be limited to a maximum of three per investor.
VNE management has continued to monitor on-line discussions regarding VNE but - following with custom - has avoided participating and upsetting the balance of investor commentary. VNE has a long-standing relationship with Silicon Investor and respects the fact chat rooms are intended to be open forums for the free exchange of information.
Having said that, the company has taken notice of several inaccuracies, as well as, general confusion and misinformation with respect to several key matters including, among others, filing of required financial documents and recent financing announcements. In it's bid to assist shareholders and constantly ensure the underlying facts behind any investment decision are accurate, Valu-net management is more than happy to answer any and all relevant questions with respect to it's operations.
Thus, AGORA requests that any interested investors notify us either by SI Private Message or direct e-mail (spectra@interlog.com) and submit questions shortly thereafter.
Have a great day.
Regards, Agora Internet Relations Corp. |
