Be careful with that. These yukapuks actually have one last ditch trick up their sleeve; they form a shareholder class action lawsuit, from the short side! What a friggin joke. Let's see...I shorted a stock that is now going up...I didn't cover in time...I'm a flaming idiot...might as well sue the company.

From watching these posts, you can see what kind of intelligence that the courts are going to have to deal with. I'd love to see the cross-examination of floydie.

SFLK attorney: "Mr. floydie, where did you get this business plan?"

floydie: "From my secret operatives."

SFLK: "And who would they be?"

floydie: "If I told you, I'd have to kill you"

SFLK: "Why did you bring this suit?"
