I never heard of a possibilty that debt can "disappear".

WRONG again -- the balance sheet is about to change - 600mil disappears with the IPO.

-Definitely, debt only can disappear if, for example a lender converts debt into equity or forgives debt, if it is not repaid (which is not the case here).

It seems that you might speaking of loading UPC with debt former issued by UIH, but at least "attributable" to the development of UPC.

So the only countable advance is the IPO cash, and a market valuation of UPC.

Either you state how the debt disappeared or you stay with the facts.

And don't try to bother Tom.
