If you want to understand the cease trading rule, that is fine, but do not be surprised if the stock is halted for a much longer period. If for instance, there was mercenaries being recruited to assist Angola and/or SL governments by Diamondworks, this information might have to be contained until who knows when for military/tactical warfare reasons. Then the question must be asked, does Canada and the Toronto Stock Exchange want to be assoicated with this type of activity.
