Colin, I am not sure why you think the dilution price is $.25. If the stock was selling for $3 yesterday and now its trading at $1 doesn't that tell you some portion of the dilution in price has already occured. Your argument of $.25 only applies if price of the stock now trading is also at $.25. Any smart person should know about the dilution as of this morning before purchasing SOWK.
