Tony, Re: My problem with Dell is that, other than their direct, no inventory model and all Intel, they have no differentiators from the other boxmakers. Anyone can put boxes together This was my concern too. However, putting everything together to do it the 'Dell' way is not as easy as it seems. IMO, Dell is 'Walmart' in the computer vendor field. But your point about server is a valid one as that requires much more hand holding than desktop or workstations. Gary
