The only violation of the rule of law was that the Republican House members violated the Constitution by impeaching President Clinton without witnesses, without a fair hearing, and without sufficient grounds.

How can you say that President Clinton was above the law? He was certainly brought into civil court, and he was subject to impeachment by the House and a trial by the Senate. What did you want, a lynching? Well you and your conservative Republican buddies tried!
