Thanks Jeff..still learning. Forgive me if the term private placements makes be a bit nervous but let's not forget where I've been cutting my teeth. So what you are saying is you subscribed to this original offering at .46, have the common certs to admire and have already doubled your investment? Congrats. As for it being ridiculous to suggest there may be floorless convertibles, maybe so but I will personally never invest in another company until I have fully researched its share structure to the best of my ability and right now this board and the few links contained therein are all I have to go on. Regards as always.
