Here's a note I sent to QQQQ, and their reply: I don't know if you can or are allowed to answer this question. Your annual report stated you expected to submit the 510(k) notification at the end of calender year 1996, with initial marketing in Spring of 1997. In the published results of the shareholder meeting, you say "The expectation is that we will make our 510(k) submission to the FDA in early 1997 and launch the product in the summer of 1997." Is this still the current schedule? Their reply: We are still working off of the disclosed dates you mention. Our 10-QSB for our quarter ending 12/31/97 will be filed around the 14th of February and a press release relating to such filing will go out shortly thereafter. Please check our web site after the 15th or 16th for the latest update.
